DISASTER RELIEF

OklahomaNatural disasters such as ice storms, hurricanes, and tornadoes are tragic yet unavoidable.  Medek Tree Service and it's associated companies are prepared to provide experience, work force, management, and disaster relief assistance to municipalities, state and federal governments, corporations, and privately owned organizations. 
 

We are equipped to handle large amounts of vegetative debris.  Our loading trucks are equipped to haul 50-55 cubic yards of material.  The additional pull behind trailer can carry the capacity up to 100 cubic yards.


Medek Tree Service specializes in tree pruning, trimming, and removal of storm damaged trees.  Over the past few years we have performed such contracted services throughout our home state of Virginia, as well as Lexington, KY, Owensboro, KY, Midwest City, OK, North Tonawanda, NY, Liberty TX, and Beaumont TX.

-February, 2010 Virginia Snow Storms 

Winchester, VA: Cut down and trim storm damaged trees located within the Right-of-Way, hauled generated debris to disposal site. 

Rocky Mount , VA: Cut down and trim storm damaged trees located within the Right-of-Way, hauled generated debris to disposal site. 

Goochland, Louisa, Albemarle, & Fluvanna VA: Cut down and trim vegetative storm debris from Right-of-Way and haul to the disposal site, reduce all vegetative debris by grinding, haul and dispose of ground mulch material.

-February, 2009 Kentucky Ice Storm 

Shelby, KY: Cut down and trim storm damaged trees located with the Right-of-Way and haul generated vegetative debris to disposal site 

-September, 2008 Hurricane Ike 

Beaumont, TX: Removal of vegetative generated debris from Right-of-Way and haul to disposal site.    Liberty, TX:  Cut down and trim storm damaged trees located within the Right-of-Way.    Humble, TX:  Removal of vegetative generated debris from Right-of-Way and haul to disposal site.

-December, 2007 Oklahoma City Ice Storm  

Midwest City, OK:  Removed storm damaged trees throughout 2, 18-hole golf courses.  Equipment was not permitted on the greens or the fairways therefore, trees were hand climbed, and debris was carried out by hand with no damage done to the grounds.  Trimmed and Pruned storm damaged trees for City owned Parks. Along with, removal of vegetative generated debris from Right-of-Way and haul to disposal site.

-November, 2006 Buffalo, NY Ice Storm 

North Tonawanda, NY:  Removal of vegetative generated debris from Right-of-Way and haul to disposal site.  Cut down and trim storm damaged trees located within the Right-of-Way
